1. Article 1 Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between this hotel and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally accepted practices. 2. In the event that the Hotel has entered into a special contract with the Guest insofar as such special contract does not violate laws and regulations and generally accepted practices, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence over the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

If a Guest requests, during his/her stay, to extend his/her stay beyond the date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall treat such request as if he/she had applied for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request was made.

- The reservation/application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation occurs in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, it will be applied to the penalty fee and then to the compensation, with the remaining balance, if any, being refunded at the time of payment of the fee as provided for in Article 12. If a credit card number has been provided, the reservation/application fee will not be collected, but if a penalty fee or compensation is incurred, the credit card will be charged. The hotel also reserves the right to obtain prior approval at the time of application.
- If the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the provisions of the same Paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid. However, this shall only apply if the Hotel has so notified the Guest when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee.
- An Accommodation Contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Hotel accepts the application stipulated in the preceding Article. However, this shall not apply if the Hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
- When an accommodation contract has been concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, you will be required to provide your credit card number or pay the reservation fee/application fee by the date specified by the Hotel.
- The reservation/application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation occurs in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 18 apply, it will be applied to the penalty fee and then to the compensation, with the remaining balance, if any, being refunded at the time of payment of the fee as provided for in Article 12. - In the event that the Hotel has not requested the payment of the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or has not specified the due date for payment of the application fee when accepting the application for an Accommodation Contract, it shall be treated as having accepted the special contract stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may enter into a special contract pursuant to which the application fee stipulated in the same Paragraph shall not be required after the Contract has been concluded.
- In the event that the Hotel has not requested the payment of the application fee stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or has not specified the due date for payment of the application fee when accepting the application for an Accommodation Contract, it shall be treated as having accepted the special contract stipulated in the preceding Paragraph.
- The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:
- When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- When the hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
- When the person seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his or her accommodation.
- When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
- When the Guest is deemed to have made violent demands or assumed an unreasonable burden against the Hotel or its employees in relation to his/her accommodation, or to have engaged in similar behavior in the past.
- When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
- When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to be intoxicated or otherwise likely to cause significant inconvenience to other guests, or when the person behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
- When the guest or applicant is found to be a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organization related to an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces, or when the hotel is a corporation with an officer who is a member of an organized crime group.
- When an application is made by a user who has previously been expelled from the facility due to poor payment practices or bad behavior.
- When it is expected that allowing the guest to stay would cause significant damage to the hotel.
- The Hotel may refuse to enter into an Accommodation Contract in any of the following cases:

- In the event that a guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract for reasons attributable to the guest, this hotel will charge a penalty fee in accordance with Appendix 2, but only when this hotel has notified the guest of its obligation to pay the penalty fee.

- When the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
- When a guest is intoxicated, singing, or causing or threatening to cause inconvenience to other guests, or when a guest says or does something that causes inconvenience to other guests.
- When a guest does not comply with the prohibitions of the hotel's rules of use (limited to those necessary for fire prevention), such as smoking in the bedroom, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc.
- When it is found that the guestroom facilities are defaced, damaged, or used beyond the bounds of common sense.
- When it is found that the guest or applicant is a member of a crime syndicate, a person related to an organization affiliated with a crime syndicate, or any other anti-social force, or when a juridical person has an officer who falls under the category of a member of a crime syndicate.
- When it is anticipated that the hotel will suffer significant disadvantages by accommodating the guest.
- When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the preceding paragraph, if the guest is not at fault, the hotel will not charge any accommodation fee that has not yet been provided. If the guest is negligent, the hotel will charge the accommodation charge, extension charge, restoration fee, and other necessary expenses as stipulated.
- This hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.

- In the event of loss, destruction, or other damage to articles, cash, or valuables left at the front desk by guests, this hotel will compensate for such damage, except in cases where the damage is caused by force majeure. However, the amount of compensation shall be within the scope of the inn's liability insurance.

- In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the responsibility of this hotel for the safekeeping of the guest's baggage or personal belongings shall be in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article.
